The Canary tea rooms has an iconic place in the history of Bath.
The Canary was open for at least 50 years before it closed in 1998. It was always the place to meet in Bath and if you ask anyone who has lived in this great city for long enough they will relate some connection to the Canary.
It is this provenance that we are building on. We aim to recreate this central meeting place for everyone in Bath to enjoy. We will update this page soon with some old images of the Canary and Queen Street.
If you have any memories or stories relating to the Canary we would love to hear them. Please post a comment below and share it with everyone!
